We offer three different wood styles of railing (view wood), be sure to specify which type you want when you fax in your order:

•Basic 3.5 Top & Bottom, 2" spindle or Rustic 3.5 Top & Bottom, 2.5" spindle

•Skip Peeled Lodge Pole

•Dead Standing Natural Aspen

Rustic Mountain will assist in the layout of your log railing project from your measurements and personal drawings. The drawings do not need to be to scale, but they must be readable, we prefer to work in inches. Digital photos of the railing area are very helpful. We will provide a free quote from your drawing. Follow the steps given below:

1. Using a bird's eye view, draw your deck, porch and/or loft (example provided below). Accurately display the following measurements:

•Corner to corner (if posts are needed with railing).

•Measurements between existing posts.

•Angles for all corners other than 90 degrees.

•When connecting to walls, indicate whether a post is desired or if railing will be mounted to the wall.

2. When sketching stairways, choose from the plans provided below. It is important to indicate the stair angle, and whether there are 1 or 2 sides of railing needed.

3. Once you've completed your sketches, fax them to Rustic Mountain Furniture (435) 648-2045 with your name, date, mailing address, a "ship to" address, and daytime phone number. We have listed our contact information below.

4. When we receive your sketches we will call you to discuss details and set forth a production schedule.
